This year’s 2013 NSW Seniors Week Ambassador who will be at Active Seniors NSW – Step Out & Get Active is Ann Cusack. Ann is a 69 year old fitness instructor for people of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. Fit and fabulous herself, she teaches aqua aerobics, step classes, personal training classes, active over-50s programs, seniors boot camps, and nutrition.
Ann competed in marathons until surgical intervention slowed her down, an understanding of which she shares with her senior fitness students.
